Vehicle Transport Services was founded in 2013 with the idea of changing the vehicle transport industry and bring some ethical standards to the industry. We understand that the customer is the sole reason we are in business, and we do everything in our power to help the customer with their vehicle transport needs. Our mission is to offer the best vehicle transport experience to every customer from the initial quote to the delivery of their vehicle.
We make sure the customer knows exactly what we are doing to find them the proper auto hauler for their specific route. Once we have the carrier established, we make sure they are comfortable with the time frame for pickup and delivery. We have a large network of car hauling companies and we are strict who we allow in our network. they meet all the US DOT and FMCSA regulations, are all Licensed, Bonded & Insured and have a minimum 98% rating on Central Dispatch. Â We have vetted these car haulers already, so we know they are reliable, affordable and have some of the best services in the industry.
It may take a a little bit of extra work on our end to make sure every car hauler is properly vetted and has is qualified through our standards of operating. Taking the extra time to ensure our customers' needs are met with 100% satisfaction is our goal. Â Usually, many people will only ship their car just a handful of times in their lifetime, we want to ensure they have a great vehicle transport experience every time
